They’re great.”Recently her Vauxhall Corsa made a strange noise and Dawn brought it in to ask the team to listen to it. Dawn said, “They told me the problem straightaway and recognised that it was too serious for me to continue driving with it. But they also knew how important it was for me to be able to drive my car. By the next morning, they gave me a call to say it was fixed!”
“I like to support local business and especially the livelihood of the community. Although this was only the second time I’ve been to Autotest, it was a very positive experience,” comments Imke Vreken.There was difficulty with operating the handbrake of his Renault Scenic. It seemed to be a big problem and would prove costly. Imke notes that, “Steve consulted with a Renault specialist to work out the best possible solution. He was able to try something simple that took care of the problem. It saved me £500!”“Everyone was so helpful. When my wife Elma brought the car in, they even dropped her off athome a couple of times. They went the extra mile – and saved me money.”
Many of our customers – particularly Toyota owners – will recognise a new face on the Autotest team. Sarah has recently joined us after a number of years looking after Toyota owners for TW Hawkins.
